RETURNS & REFUNDS

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened fluids, oils, or chemicals
• Used or installed parts
• Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@fatboygaragegoods.store with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 1 business day
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the method of your choice
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Please note that your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original and place a new order. This gets the right product to you faster.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. Return shipping is on us for defective items.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
